Ark-La-Tex Financial Consultants is a privately owned company specializing in the origination and servicing of the direct and guaranteed loan programs of the United States Department of Agriculture ( USDA).
The owner and founder of the company, Donnie Wooley, is a former USDA employee, holding positions in several areas of the USDA related to the agency's rural loan programs. Mr. Wooley also served as Senior Vice President of a community bank in Louisiana with the primary responsibility of developing and maintaining one of the largest USDA portfolios in the state of Louisiana.
Mr. Wooley was employed with the USDA as a senior loan specialist, holding positions in the front line delivery of USDA loan and economic development programs. His 33 years of experience as a USDA program specialist and private sector lender combine to provide our clients with answers to structuring even the most complicated deals. He maintains relationships with our strategic partners to guarantee the complete needs of both business and lending clients are met with the highest sense of urgency..
Ark-La-Tex Financial Consultants, L.L.C. (ALTFC) was founded in June 2008
by Donnie Wooley. Since its inception, the goal of ALTFC has been simple:
